Barber and now ex-wife Ginny of 11 years, agreed to a divorce settlement. If we all remember Barber famously and sensationally left his wife in 2010 while she was weeks away from giving birth to their twins for a 23-year-old NBC intern.

Barber then proposed to the intern last year; but they plans to get married this Spring were delayed because of the bitter divorce battle.

But karma loves a good story because as a result of the affair with the intern, NBC fired Barber for breaching the morality clause in his $300,000 contract and last year he embarrassingly announced he was coming out of retirement for the 2011 season, but no teams signed him up.

In June 2010, it was reported that 36-year-old Barber was broke and couldn’t pay his divorce settlement with his ex-wife. But lucky for him he has a new shiny, blonde toy to play with until she finds another.

Khalifa, (aka Cameron Jibril Thomaz) took to Twitter yesterday to let his followers know he popped the question to his girlfriend.
